Eligibility:    This event is open to all members and players maintaining their handicap at the University of Maryland Golf Course.

 

Sign up:         Players may sign up on the day of the event. 

 

Format:          This is an individual 18-hole event.  Players subtract their handicap from 36 to determine their point quota.  Points are awarded based on your gross score.  The player with the most points over their quota is the winner. Play will be from the Gold tees for men, White tees for senior men (60 and over), Red tees for women.

 

                        Eagle – 6 pts.             Birdie – 4 pts.            Par – 2 pts.     Bogey – 1 pt.

 

                        Entry Fee:      $10 per player

 

Tee Times:    Players will reserve their own times.

Prizes:            25% of the field will receive golf shop credit in awards.
